Variety:
40 years old Trebbiano Toscano vines: the grape of the future due it’s retaining of acidity during the growing season.
Vinification:
Grapes are hand harvested on 24th of September 2022. Soft pressing, temperature controlled fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tank. Bottled 20th of June 2023.
Impression:
Bursting flavours of ripe apricot, candied citrus, Hazelnut and almond. Rustic note, evoking the warmth of a sun-kissed vineyard.
Pairing:
The ripeness and complexity of the wine make it a perfect pairing for oily dishes of diverse heritage.
